Concentrating on our key initiatives, this role will support the analysis and governance of the work we undertake with our clients and grow into experienced ambassadors for our business with our Clients.
One of our key products and specialties is People and Business Transformation and we will be looking to build this role into a specialist in this area; learning our methodology and approach.
The successful role applicant will go through an initial induction period where they will receive training in the core skills and disciplines of business consultancy. This will take the form of industry courses and hands on experience in our Clients offices working with our lead Consultants on important assignments. The types of activities they will be involved in will be include the following and form the key responsibilities of the role moving forward:
Business analysis – run analytical tasks to support the Project as assigned. This will typically include documenting Target Operating Models, analyzing the business’s new requirements and documenting these, managing stakeholders through the detailed change process of business transformation, liaising with Technology and Technical personnel to effect change, constructing presentations and proposal papers and gathering data from business and data sources to support proposals and the initiatives work
Project Support – providing support for the Project initiative by tracking key risks, assumptions, issues and dependences (RAID logs), updating and coordinating status reports, ensuring accurate and organized project records are kept, attending meetings and minuting meetings and workshops, gathering project artefacts and generally supporting the needs of the lead for the project assigned
Representing the company – at all times creating a positive impression to our Clients and aiming to champion ChangeNet Solutions at every opportunity so that they will want to use us and you again
Building relationships – on assignment and in general building relationships with industry experts so that these become part of your network and important contacts for the business and yourself
Knowledge gathering – the initial induction period of training and experience will be intensive and require an organized approach to learn quickly and keep good records you can reference as you progress.
People and Business Transformation methodology – we have an industry leading approach to People and Business Transformation initiatives which has been designed over many years across real world initiatives. This will be a core learning point for the role and a target for proficiency in this approach by end of induction.
This is an apprenticeship role so it is not expected that the candidate will have extensive experience or knowledge, as training will be provided. However, the following elements will make the candidate more able to succeed in the role:

Our Business Analyst Level 4 course will give you the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviours to work effectively in roles such as: IS Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Requirements Analyst/Engineer, Business Process Analyst.
