As a Connected Performance Apprentice, you will be in the best team in town with the support of the industry recognised team of Connected Performance, where every person in the team loves what they do and is ready to inspire you to be the planner of the future. Most of all having fun both in and out of the office!
You will work with an experienced team of Account Managers and Planners reporting into an Associate Director to ensure the on-going delivery of great work and involvement in the development of media strategies for clients.
While involved in the day to day activities of the accounts, you will work closely with internal department teams to understand and learn from scratch the fundamentals of how marketing works from the ground up. Being involved in or exposure to areas such as technology, platforms, data and media, the Assistant role at OMDUK gives individuals the opportunity to build and develop in what is an exciting, dynamic and future facing industry.
Organisation, time management and attention to detail are hugely important, you will need to ensure all work is delivered in an accurate and timely fashion. The successful candidate will need to be able to work in a reactive and fast paced environment.
The successful candidate will be willing to learn, excited about media channels, be interested in the maths and planning behind advertising and want to add positive to a team culture.
5 GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and Maths)
You will undertake the ground breaking Apprentify Advertising and Media Executive Level 3 apprenticeship.

You will also complete your IPA Foundation Certificate from The Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA). During this qualification, you will gain an essential overview of all areas of advertising, understand consumers, their motivations and how to influence purchasing decisions through the science of choice, learn how to write strategies that sell, the roles of different media and how to use data and how to measure the success of your work.
In addition to all of the above, all of our applicants will go through our Assessment Centre. This exclusive session is designed to identify your digital strengths and weaknesses to help us match you with the perfect employer and the perfect role to start your career in the best way!
