Apprentify are hiring on behalf of our client.

We are looking to hire a dedicated junior content creator to assist with content creation for Rock Management Services and our clients. The candidate will be expected to plan, design, write and create various forms of content including blogs, articles, product and services descriptions, social media posts, audio-visual content and website copy.

As you become more confident, you will be encouraged to research industry-related topics and generate new content ideas. Additionally, you will learn to analyse gaps in a client’s existing content and evaluate analytics to adjust content as needed.

As a successful applicant, your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Research industry-related topics
  • Develop and write clear marketing content
  • Assist in planning and creating audio-visual content for a multitude of purposes
  • Assist the marketing team
  • Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies
  • Edit and polish existing content to improve readability
  • Complete writing projects according to given style and assignment specifications
  • Interpret strategy and objectives of the brand and align these to the content
  • Assist in developing new content ideas for clients
  • Research topics so their content contains timely and accurate information
  • Converse with clients on a regular basis
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the content produced against original brief, and implement improvements

Entry requirements

A minimum of grade 4/C in both GCSE Maths and English.

A-Level in a writing or research based field is highly desirable (e.g. English literature, social sciences, business studies).

A mature candidate with attention to detail in their work.

The primary duties we cover on our Content Creator apprenticeship are:

  • Research, prepare and develop the media messaging to maximise audience engagement.
  • Develop and create written content for various media.
  • Create visual and audio content for multiple media.
  • Store content securely and methodically to enable efficient access and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to plan and align content delivery with business objectives.
  • Manage content online using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the content produced against the original plan and recommend improvements.
