Marketing Executive Apprentice

Overview

Our client is looking for an ambitious Marketing Apprentice to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to take their skills to the next level. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with marketing professionals, contribute to impactful projects, and develop a well-rounded skill set across marketing functions.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

Events organisation

• Assist in the organisation of industry conferences and exhibitions including; logistics and purchasing of event-related materials 
• Help to coordinate events (on-person and online webinars)
• Execute event-related communications and promotions using our marketing automation tool HubSpot
• Manage and maintain merchandising records and storage of merchandise

Website and social media management

• Organise the social media calendar and schedule posts on LinkedIn  
• Assist in setting up paid-for ads (Google and LinkedIn)
• Keep blog articles, events, and news up to date on the website
• Assist with executing content releases on content platforms, such as YouTube, Vimeo, and blog outlets.

Customer marketing 

• Assist in the execution of marketing activity required by the Client Success team to support the user community (adoption and retention)

Lead generation campaigns

• Assist email campaign operations to support field marketing and sales territory plans 

Marketing segmentation and data

• Assist in managing marketing contact data, segmentation, and data hygiene 
• Conduct desktop research and stay on top of industry news to help understand our market, profile our target audience, and support content marketing

Other points good to know;

• Part of a small but mighty marketing team covering content creation, product marketing, creative and branding, lead generation, and events
• Friendly and supportive team
• This is a valuable position to help us scale and support business growth
• We cover multiple geographical regions but our main focus tend to be the UK, US, Canada, and Australia.
• We use tools such as Hubspot CRM and marketing automation, Zoominfo, Go To Webinar
• There will be an opportunity to attend industry events during the year
• The team is usually in the office 2-3  days a week, which creates a nice environment and team culture, we have regular team meetings

Entry requirements

5 GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and Maths).
