At Bombyx PLM, we are looking for an apprentice Systems Operations Assistant, to join or operations team and engage in multiple responsibilities as part of your development.

System Support:

  • Daily testing features, identify bugs, and report issues accurately to the development team.
  • UAT Testing.
  • System Set-ups for new Clients (Demo)

Client Support:

  • Facilitate onboarding - Prepare materials and assist with initial training setups.
  • Updating current clients for New Sprints.
  • Updating System User manuals / tutorials.
  • Day to day Customer Service.

Project Management Support:

  • Record, Track and Update tasks within Jira and Trello.
  • Assist in planning - Pre-Development.
  • Updating other departments in project timelines.

Administrative Support:

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings internally & with clients.
  • Assist in document preparation, including report writing, presentation creation.
  • Collect internal and client feedback on system & processes.

  • Enjoy working in a team and are collaborative.

Entry requirements

A minimum of GCSE grade 4/C or above in Maths and English (Evidence required).
