MHA are now looking for a friendly and passionate aspiring Digital Learning Design apprentice to join their growing team, with the aim of moving their e-learning projects in-house.
As a Digital Learning Designer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain digital learning materials that enhance professional development and educational programs for MHA's growing e-learning portfoilo.
This role will be on a hybrid basis, with at least 1 day per week in the Derby office and the rest of the time working from home. However, if you wish to spend more than 1 day per week in the office, you would be welcome to do so.
For this role, passion and the right attitude are far more important than previous experience. The ideal candidate will:
- Have a strong passion for learning and a desire to work within the field of digital learning design
- Be able to confidently work alone with good self-motivation, but with plenty of support from the team
- Have a strong creative mindset and not be afraid to bring forward new ideas and try new things
- IT experience is ideal as it will help with picking up new programmes quickly, but a desire to learn new skills is more important

Entry requirements
- GCSE maths and English at grade C/ level 4 or above
- A passion for learning and to get into the field of Digital Learning Design

Embarking on Apprentify's Level 5 Digital Learning Designer apprenticeship programme comes with great benefits. You will benefit from an 80%-20% mix of on-the-job learning, classroom lessons, and learning activities as an apprentice. Things to consider
Hybrid role, with at least 1 day per week in the Derby office. Salary will be £7491 for the first six months, rising to £8613 for the second six months, for a salary of £16,104 for the first year.
Future Prospects
Level 5 Digital Learning Designer. Progression to full role within the charity upon successful completion of the apprenticeship programme.
