Overview

Kick‑start your marketing career as our next creative, motivated Marketing Apprentice and gain hands‑on experience across digital and offline channels.

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone looking to start or develop their career in marketing while completing the Multi‑Channel Marketer Level 3 apprenticeship.

You will support the planning, creation, delivery and evaluation of marketing activity across a range of digital and offline channels. Throughout the apprenticeship, you will gain hands‑on experience in written content creation, social media, campaign planning, audience insight and performance reporting, while building a professional portfolio of evidence.

You will be supported through a blended learning model including live online masterclasses, workplace projects, monthly coaching and regular progress reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation and scheduling of content across multiple marketing channels, across a range of social media, websites and email-marketing.
  • Support campaign planning and delivery aligned with key business objectives
  • Conduct audience research and contribute to customer personas and journey mapping
  • Create engaging visual and written content using tools such as Canva. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is desirable but not essential.
  • Support website content creation, from articles to full website pages, (using basic WordPress and Elementor), ensuring responsive display across devices.
  • Help create and distribute marketing communications, such as newsletters and email campaigns
  • Support the coordination of events, community engagement and exhibitions, attendance will be required when needed.
  • Assist with monitoring shared inboxes, comments, reviews and messages, escalating enquiries appropriately
  • Liaise with external suppliers (e.g., print, digital and PR) where required
  • Support performance tracking, reporting and evaluation of campaigns using tools such as Meta
  • Ensure marketing activity is consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Assist with maintaining marketing assets and content libraries
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support wider organisational goals

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade 9–4 / A*–C or equivalent)
  • Interest in marketing and communications
  • Degree-level education desirable but not essential

Things to consider

Salary: £20,000 - 22,000 depending on experience.

Future Prospects

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be opportunities to progress into a permanent marketing role with further training and development.
