As an AI Business Solutions Sales Apprentice your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Work in close collaboration with the Sales Manager, Key Account Managers, and customer service teams.
- Participate in the project team implementing AI business solutions for sales optimization, including CRM automation, lead scoring, and customer analytics tools.
- Utilize AI-powered prospecting tools to identify and qualify potential customers in target markets and industry sectors.
- Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, enhanced by AI-driven insights and personalized messaging.
- Support existing customer relationships through AI-assisted account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Use AI tools to analyze customer data, purchasing patterns, and market trends to inform sales strategies and product recommendations.
- Assist in preparation of sales presentations, quotations, and proposals using AI-generated content and data visualization tools.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline data in CRM systems, utilizing AI automation for data entry and follow-up scheduling.
- Support trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits, leveraging AI tools for lead capture and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with marketing team to provide customer feedback and market intelligence for AI-driven campaign development.
Entry requirements
- Minimum of 5 X GCSEs grades 9-4 (A-C) including English and Mathematics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Natural ability to build rapport with customers and enjoy working in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn AI tools and sales software platforms.
- Demonstrable enthusiasm for sales, customer service, and business development.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles desirable, but not essential.
- Desirable - Experience of using CRM systems, sales management platforms, or customer analytics tools.

You will work towards a Level 3 AI Business Solutions Apprenticeship.
