As a Business Analyst Apprentice within the Delivery Team at TPXimpact, you will play a crucial role in supporting our delivery managers and will have a line manager to guide your development plan, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance your consultancy skills.

The Business Analyst Apprentice role is integral to our delivery capability, supporting our Product and Delivery Managers. You will utilise design, technical, and data analysis skills to understand our clients' contexts, pain points, and needs, enabling us to drive meaningful and beneficial change.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary delivery team to assist the team's successful project delivery whilst learning the various roles and responsibilities within the team to enhance your consultancy skills.
- Analyse and document business requirements, options, and recommendations for change, focusing on AI-driven improvements and data quality.
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analysing business requirements and service needs to drive process improvements, and support the development of models, identifying key differences between current and future state business situations.
- Helping to maintain Business Continuity and IT Service Management documentation and procedures.
- Supporting the elicitation of business data needs from relevant sources and analysing data quality and integrity, with a focus on leveraging AI tools where applicable.
- Supporting communications effectively in a variety of situations with a range of stakeholders
- Understand throughout the course of the apprenticeship how to support user testing and testing requirements, learning different research techniques across the course of the apprenticeship.
- Grasp business analysis principles and tools to define requirements and processes that align with project goals, incorporating AI insights where beneficial
- Identifying problems and opportunities within a business situation and analysing options and recommendations for change.
- Understanding how to support the development of models for future state business situations, considering AI-driven solutions.
- Learning to apply appropriate approaches to scope, plan, and perform Business Analysis.
- Applying appropriate techniques to analyse and document options and recommendations for change, presenting information in a manner appropriate to the audience using data visualisation tools and AI insights.
- Prioritising requirements using an appropriate prioritisation approach alongside being proficient in writing user stories.
- Evaluating and documenting the key impacts on people, processes, organisation, technology, and information.
- Producing an outline definition of a business situation using appropriate techniques.
- Understanding and documenting current business situations to enable gap analysis and decision-making.
- Identifying key differences between current and future business situations
- Understanding how to define acceptance criteria for business and system changes
- Analysing and documenting stakeholders' areas of interest and influence
Entry requirements
A minimum of Grade C/4 or above in both Maths and English at GCSE level (evidence required).
Strong self-motivation.
