We are hiring on behalf of Tangerine Communications for a Content Creator Apprentice to enrol on The Juice Academy's level 3 apprenticeship, provided by Tangerine themselves! The successful candidate will join a brilliant team, focused on creating various engaging pieces of content, aligning with the voice of the brand at all times.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in crafting engaging copy that aligns with each brand’s voice for social media, blogs, and other channels, under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support the creation of native content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels, contributing ideas and learning best practices from the team.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas, help produce content plans, and assist in executing reactive content based on trends and insights.
• Assist in developing engaging and accurate written content for social media, ensuring alignment with client tone and objectives, with feedback from the team.
• Support the management of client communications, attend meetings, and help build strong relationships by learning about client markets, needs, and KPIs.
• Help maintain media lists, assist with pitching stories, and support the management of influencer relationships to ensure effective content distribution.
• Contribute to overseeing the content development lifecycle by assisting with ideation, execution, accuracy checks, and performance tracking, as directed.
• Stay informed about social trends, media developments, and cultural moments, and share relevant insights with the team to inform content and client recommendations.
• Work closely with internal teams, providing support to colleagues and maintaining clear communication and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Entry requirements

•  5 GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and Maths)

Training to be provided

The Juice Academy is a digital marketing Academy based in Castlefield, Manchester. They train up to 80 apprentices a year, whilst the apprentices work with businesses around the North West (and sometimes further afield!). The training is delivered by industry professionals from their sister company, Tangerine Communications. The Juice Academy training sessions are a hybrid of face-to-face learning within the academy in Castlefield, and online delivery via Zoom. Apprentices will also receive the on the job training in the workplace. The final three months of the course will be the ‘assessment period’ during which apprentices are expected to produce a portfolio of work and complete a series of assessments. Full digital marketing training to be provided on-the-job and off-the-job. The Juice Academy partner with Apprentify, who support apprentices in the workplace through development coaching.
