We're thrilled to announce that the Apprentify Group has been named 30th in The Sunday Times 100 2025, Britain’s fastest growing private companies league table.

The award follows a period of dramatic growth for our group, in which we’ve seen rapid uplift from just 200 apprentices in 2021 to training around 10,000 people annually in 2025.

This is the latest in a series of accolades for the group which was named by industry analysts Megabuyte as one of its Top 50 Emerging Stars of the UK tech sector in March 2025. In April 2025, Apprentify Group CEO Jonathan Fitchew was nominated as a regional finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year programme.

Commenting on The Sunday Times 100 recognition, Fitchew said: “We achieved rapid growth partly by some strategic private equity backed acquisitions. Although they had high quality products they didn’t have the growth culture. And that’s what we changed with new sales teams and dynamic sales management.

“We have made it our mission to help companies grow by finding great talent and upskilling their teams so that they can take advantage of new opportunities in high value sectors like digital marketing, data science, cyber and AI.”

A group of businesses dedicated to shaping the workforce of tomorrow, our central mission is to provide learning opportunities to anyone, regardless of their background. The group is formed of five businesses: Apprentify, Netcom Training, Flourish, Ioda and The Juice Academy.

Each of our specialist brands draw on the collective expertiseinsight and infrastructure of the wider business. From digital skills and early career talent to leadership development and cultural transformation, our group model enables us to deliver end-to-end capability across every layer of the modern workforce.

In February 2022, we secured significant investment from BGF to support our ambitious growth plans. We subsequently acquired Netcom, a regional provider of bootcamps and adult skills programmes based in the West Midlands. Today, Netcom is a national skills provider, working with several combined authorities and an integral part of our group reach and impact.

In July 2023, we acquired long-term partner The Juice Academysubsequently expanding its offering in marketing training programmes. With investment in its delivery, programmes and footprint, The Juice Academy now supports learners and employers nationwide, placing apprentices and providing workforce training.

In a move to broaden the group’s offering into leadership, management and culture, we acquired Ioda in September 2024, a long-standing training provider with an excellent reputation. Within a year, Ioda saw significant uplift, including a 50% increase in new business driven by cross-selling across the group. Ioda’s acquisition strengthened the group’s ability to support clients across every level of the workforce.

In November 2024 we launched Flourish, a sales and GTM brand focused on hiring, enabling and retaining high-performing B2B sales talent. A venture co-founded with Jonathan Fitchew and Sarah Skelton, Flourish blends early career recruitment with performance-led training for existing teams, prioritising pastoral care to deliver lasting results.

Celebrating almost 7 years of incredible progression, being named as the UK’s 30th fastest growing private business in The Sunday Times Hundred 2025 is a momentous point in our company’s history.
