Overview

Seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media apprentice who can take full ownership of our digital presence. This role blends content creation with hands-on property photography and videography. You’ll be responsible for showcasing properties in visually stunning ways, building brand awareness, and driving engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and You Tube.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute a content strategy across all social platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging posts including photos, reels, and stories.
• Schedule and monitor social media activity
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage the online community.
• Analyse performance metrics and produce regular reports to optimise content.

Photography & Videography:

• Visit properties to capture high-quality interior and exterior photos and videos.
• Edit photos and footage for use across social media, website listings, and marketing campaigns.
• Create short-form videos, property walk-throughs, and lifestyle content.
• Maintain and manage photography/video equipment.

 

Entry requirements

• A minimum of Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths.
• No marketing experience with a willingess to learn and bring in fresh ideas.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Capable of working independently, taking initative and managing projects.
• Working on a small team, comfortable being the face of marketing.
• Positive, can do attitude with energy and enthusiasm.
• Drivers license desired but not essential.

You will be enrolled onto the groundbreaking Content Creator Level 3 Apprenticeship, tutored by industry experts at Apprentify.

Developed for those looking at joining the marketing industry through Content Creation, it teaches individuals to promote, sell and market their products and services. That's why we've crafted our Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship course, equal to an A-Level qualification, to help tomorrow's talent kick start their career.

Our Content Creator apprenticeship is designed to develop multimedia content from written, audio, and visual to everything in between. We allow talent to produce content that spreads across multiple platforms and media. In addition, our programme shows apprentices how to develop messaging to maximise audience engagement for brands. 

The primary duties we cover on our Content Creator apprenticeship are:

• Plan and develop creative content aligned with the brief and budget/costs.
• Interpret the strategy and objectives of the brand and align these to the content.
• Research, prepare and develop the media messaging to maximise audience engagement.
• Develop and create written content for various media.
• Create visual and audio content for multiple media.
• Store content securely and methodically to enable efficient access and retrieval.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to plan and align content delivery with business objectives.
• Manage content online using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the content produced against the original plan and recommend improvements.

Duration: 12 months plus End Point Assessment

Future Prospects

Following on from completing the nationally recognised Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification of Content Creator Level 3, there is the potential for a full time position.
