Overview
The Chrysalis Group is a Group of commercial, charitable and not for profit subsidiary companies with expertise, accreditation and awards spanning specialist supported housing, support and care services for individuals in recovery from addiction, domestic abuse support and property development. Each subsidiary plays a key role in supporting vulnerable individuals and communities while meeting the Group’s charitable objectives.
Their work includes the provision of tailored housing and tenancy support, expert property development for specialist accommodation, and structured recovery programmes for individuals overcoming addiction and mental health challenges. They also offer support for Polish women and children escaping domestic abuse and deliver high-quality care services.
They are now looking for a passionate and motivated marketing apprentice to join their team to promote business for the Chrysalis Group, digitally through social media channels and their company websites.
This role will be based full time in their Bristol head office, with potential future flexible options after a probationary period.
Key Responsibilities:
- To help launch media campaigns promoting and producing creative content
- To produce mailshots showcasing the Group's services and notable events
- To improve SEO of the website for maximum exposure online via meta tags, meta data, keywords, etc
- To undertake market and competitor research
- To seek new ideas and social media avenues
- To supporting multi‑channel campaigns across digital and offline channels
- To help plan, create, and schedule content for social media and internal updates
- To update website content and learn the basics of SEO and CMS
- To writing copy for posts, campaigns, and basic web pages
- To extract performance stats to see what’s working and what’s not
- To keep content calendars up to date so activity stays consistent

- To ensure the strictest confidentiality is always maintained
- To always adhere to the Company’s Health and Safety Policy and related procedures, taking into consideration your own health and safety and that of your colleagues
- To assist the Executive Team, Senior Managers, Managers and colleagues within the Chrysalis Group as required.
Essential skills, qualifications and experience:
- Education level to a Level 3 and/ or previous work experience
- IT literate to include MS Office (Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook)
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the organisation.
- Willingness to undertake training for future development.
Desirable skills, qualifications and experience:
- Experience of a work based environment
- Experience of Social Media
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and/or WordPress
- Experience of planning activities
- Experience of Graphic Design tools (Photoshop, Canva etc)
- Experience of market research, information gathering and interpreting results to relevant teams

Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C/ level 4 or above

Perfect for individuals starting their marketing careers, The Juice Academy (part of the Apprentify Group) Multi-Channel Marketing apprenticeship provides the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to thrive in modern marketing roles.
Apprentices will develop key competencies in social media marketing, content creation, audience insight, campaign planning, and performance analysis, helping them drive measurable results across multiple channels.
Things to consider
Based full time at the head office in Bristol. Salary will be £18,000, with a review after 6 months.
