Overview

A hands‑on Marketing Apprenticeship for a curious, proactive self‑starter ready to dive into CRM, content, social, events and analytics — perfect for someone who loves data, customer journeys and driving real growth.

We're looking for a curious, ambitious and proactive Marketing Apprentice to join our team. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit quietly waiting for instructions. We're looking for someone who is eager to get involved, build relationships across the agency, ask questions and spot opportunities for growth.

Working closely with our Marketing Director and Junior Marketing Manager, you'll support activity across CRM, email marketing, content, social media, events and analytics. While creativity is important, we're particularly interested in someone who enjoys the analytical side of marketing and is excited by data, customer journeys and business growth.

You'll help us unlock more value from HubSpot, learning how to manage databases, segment audiences, build customer journeys, create email campaigns and analyse performance. Most importantly, you'll help us think about how marketing can drive new opportunities for the agency.

This apprenticeship is ideal for someone who wants to develop into a well-rounded modern marketer, combining creativity, commercial thinking and data-driven decision making. We're also members of the IPA, AMI and other industry networks, and actively encourage employees to attend events, training programmes and networking opportunities.
