We are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Creator Apprentice to join our Browzer team. As a Content Creator Apprentice, you'll work closely with our team to create, review, and refine content that speaks directly to students. This apprenticeship is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, video production, and digital communications within a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Content Writing: Produce engaging written articles aimed at students with a focus on campus life, wellbeing, and student experiences. You'll also review content submitted by student contributors and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and relevance.
- Video Production: Assist with short-form video content creation, including pre-production planning, shooting videos (mainly using a phone), and editing them in apps like CapCut or Instagram. You'll also be responsible for adding captions and handling social media uploads.
- Content Refinement: Monitor and refine content on Browzer platforms, ensuring everything is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging. You’ll make tweaks, correct errors, and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
- Research & Feedback: Conduct research to ensure the content is accurate, current, and aligned with student interests. You’ll also collaborate with clients to send content for approval and respond to feedback efficiently.
- Self-management & Team Collaboration: Work independently, manage your time effectively, and communicate with the team and clients to ensure all content meets deadlines.

Entry requirements
Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and Maths).
- Degree educated is desireable but not essential.
Skills & Abilities We Require:
- Writing: Excellent spelling, grammar, and the ability to produce content that resonates with students. Experience in content review and editing is a plus.
- Video Production: Basic understanding of video production, including editing on platforms like CapCut and Instagram. Experience with short-form video content is highly desirable.
- Social Media Savvy: A good understanding of social media trends, especially on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and an ability to adapt content accordingly.
- Research Skills: Able to conduct simple, effective research and verify information sources.
- Self-Management: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and stay on top of deadlines.

Training to be provided
The Juice Academy is a digital marketing Academy based in Castlefield, Manchester. They train up to 80 apprentices a year, whilst the apprentices work with businesses around the North West (and sometimes further afield!). The training is delivered by industry professionals from their sister company, Tangerine Communications. The Juice Academy training sessions are a hybrid of face-to-face learning within the academy in Castlefield, and online delivery via Zoom. Apprentices will also receive the on the job training in the workplace. The final three months of the course will be the ‘assessment period’ during which apprentices are expected to produce a portfolio of work and complete a series of assessments. Full digital marketing training to be provided on-the-job and off-the-job. The Juice Academy partner with Apprentify, who support apprentices in the workplace through development coaching.
