DaVinci Mobility is looking for a creative and self-motivated Marketing Apprentice to take ownership of their marketing activity across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is comfortable with minimal direction, and has the confidence and intuition to shape the position into something impactful. They are looking for someone who brings ideas, energy and consistency, and who is keen to build a strong marketing presence that reflects the company professionally and positively.

This role will be based full time Monday to Friday at the headquarters in Liverpool. There may be occasional hybrid options for the right candidate.

Work duties will include:

• Supporting and developing marketing activity across a range of platforms and marketing avenues, including social media, email marketing, website updates, promotional campaigns, printed materials and wider brand activity.
• Creating engaging and on-brand content, manage regular posting and communications, and help strengthen the way the business is presented to customers and the wider market.
• Working alongside current marketing strategies but will also be encouraged to bring fresh thinking, suggest improvements and implement new ideas that help drive awareness, engagement and enquiries.

Desired Skills:

• Some pre-existing marketing experience is strongly desirable. Must be familiar with most social media platforms. Experience with Canva/ Adobe/ other design tools is desirable. Website/ SEO experience would be a huge plus.
• Being comfortable being on camera for making marketing materials for socials is strongly desirable.
• Naturally creative, commerically aware, and organised.
• Confident working on your own initiative and comfortable with managing your own workload.
• Strong IT skills and comfortable with most day-to-day computer tasks.
• Strong communication skills are important, along with a professional approach and the ability to adapt content and tone depending on the audience.
• Confident and outgoing, easily able to hold a conversation, with a mature outlook.
• Access to a car and a full UK driving licence is desirable.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/ level 4 or above.
• UK resident for at least 3 years, with full right to work in the UK.
• A passion for marketing and a desire to get into the industry!
