Harry Allison, Personal Development and Inclusion Lead & Designated Safeguarding Officer

Harry Allison is the Personal Development and Inclusion Lead, Safeguarding Officer and Mental Health Instructor at Apprentify. Originally starting in education as a primary school teacher, he moved into Learning and Development before specialising in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), personal development and inclusive practice.

Having completed his own Level 5 Learning and Development apprenticeship, Harry brings both educational and apprenticeship experience to his role. He now leads on personal development and inclusion across Apprentify, focusing on creating inclusive learning cultures, promoting wellbeing, strengthening safeguarding practice and ensuring apprentices have the knowledge, skills and support needed to succeed both during and beyond their apprenticeship.
