Designed for developing early-career data talent or enhancing existing roles, this programme builds core capability across the full data lifecycle – from collection and preparation through to analysis, visualisation and reporting. Learners develop a strong understanding of governance, compliance and responsible data use, ensuring data is handled securely and aligned with organisational requirements.

Unlike short-form training, this apprenticeship combines structured learning with real workplace application, ensuring skills are embedded and deliver impact from day one. Through expert-led sessions, coaching and hands-on tasks, learners develop the ability to work with data confidently and contribute to business decision-making.

By the end of the programme, employees can collect and manage data from multiple sources, ensure data quality, perform analysis, and present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
