Apprentify are hiring on behalf of our client.

You'll begin by supporting our UK healthcare recruitment brand, Scale Health, where you'll play a pivotal role in developing Holi, our proprietary intelligence platform. Through detailed market research and data curation, you'll build and maintain a market-leading intelligence database that underpins our sales, recruitment, and growth strategy. Your work will transform raw market information into actionable insights, enabling our teams to identify opportunities, engage clients more effectively, and make smarter commercial decisions.

• Research markets, organisations and talent pools
• Support business development and outreach activity
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and CRM systems
• Engage with candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
• Use AI and technology tools to improve productivity
• Support consultants on live client and candidate projects

Entry requirements

You'll need a minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C or above in both Maths and English.

Training to be provided

Digital technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence (AI), are changing how businesses work. Our Level 3 AI Activator Programme is designed to give individuals and businesses the knowledge and skills needed to use digital tools effectively and understand how AI can be applied in the workplace.
