13 Months (Plus End Point Assessment)
Level 3
Information communications technicians support the delivery of efficient IT operations, this could be installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, solving technical and applications problems either remotely or in person.
Data Analyst
14 Months (Plus End Point Assessment)
Level 4
On this programme, Data Analysts collect, organise and study data to provide business insight. These digital Data Apprenticeships enable you to drive organisational innovation and optimise resources through developing knowledge and understanding of data and its potential.
Software Developer
15 Months (Plus End Point Assessment)

Software Development Technician

Level 3
Software Development Technician investigates how to design, install, maintain and support communication networks and simple applications on web, mobile or desktop. Part of the role is to interpret design requirements and what is required to create and start the project.

The primary role of an IT Technical Salesperson is to sell a company’s technical products and services. They need a good knowledge and understanding of the portfolio of technologies that are available. They work to maintain good relationships with existing clients and gain repeat business wherever possible from customers
