How it works

Finding the best talent

Gain an apprentice

Our apprentices are a cost-effective way to ensure the growth of any business. We pride ourselves on offering a unique approach to turn aspiring students into business-ready experts. We’ve dedicated time and effort to perfect our specialist apprenticeship programmes – so whether you’re looking to develop your career or seeking to advance your team, we can make it happen.

Our Process

We have taken the time to ensure a reliable and premium service. We can offer those looking to be employed a fast and fair chance at getting hired, while also ensuring that the companies we work with - who are looking to hire - receive the best applicants for their business needs.

Why

Why

This is the most important part of the whole journey. Apprentify is able to understand why you want to grow, develop, and advise if apprenticeships are the right path for your business.

For us, it’s more than just filling job roles; it’s about giving young adults another route to success while developing your business. That’s why we only work with employers who pay £10,000 or more in salary. Likewise, we’re only looking for apprentices who have the passion and drive for their careers. If they just want a job, they are not right for us.

Attract

Attract

By understanding your ‘why’, your culture, your role and who you want; we can start the process of outreach to 1000s of candidates across England. Our aim is to attract the right applicants for your business in the clearest and most straightforward way possible. We want to build a lifetime partnership with you, so it’s just as important that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Assess

Assess

Our unique approach has been created to attract and develop the very best talent – those that are keen to commit as much to you, the employer, as they are to their careers.

Not only do we employ standard methods to find the right people, but we also hold weekly assessment days to evaluate the candidate’s potential, as well as their current fundamental skills (maths & English) and digital marketing expertise. This enables us to test our potential apprentice’s skills and identify the candidate’s drive, commitment and existing abilities in areas such as creative writing, digital understanding, and technical capability.

Placement

Placement

Once assessed we send you no more than 3 to 5 profiles.  However, these profiles have been assessed on all the core competencies of being a great digital, creative, or technical apprentice.

However, we will work with your internal recruitment processes and teams if needed to ensure all your employees have the same opportunity. Once offered, we will work with you to set up all the apprenticeship funding, health and safety, safeguarding etc. We walk you through every step to make it as simple and easy as possible. By this time, it'll be an exciting time to start the apprenticeship.

1-2-1 Coaching

1-2-1 Coaching

We understand that many employers don't want their apprentices travelling out to venues with hours on the road for their apprenticeship. With this in mind, we have made all of our programmes suitable so that they are delivered online with a blended mix of 1:1 and group sessions.

From the latest news in the sector, to new tech emerging; the digital world is constantly changing. And so are our programmes. It’s important that our apprentices learn the most relevant skills and knowledge in the industry.

Virtual Training

Virtual Training

Our programmes go a long way, but it is the coaches that will ensure that your apprentice and your journey is the best it can be. We ensure that every coach is the best in the market and has lots of industry experience. We’re proud to employ our coaches based on two requirements:

  1. Communication is key to a happy life. Although busy at times coaching, you can be assured that you will be contacted by your coach at the earliest opportunity.
  2. Customer service is at the forefront of everything they do.

One last thing, every coach and person at Apprentify will help, support and be there for you at a drop of a hat. A truly personalised experience.

Path to Mastery

Path to Mastery

Apprenticeships cover a vast amount of knowledge, skills, and behaviour developments. With businesses needing more of a focus on specific areas in marketing, we’ve gone above and beyond the apprenticeship standard and created a path to mastery from month 8.

Our paths to mastery offer specific routes to becoming more skilled in areas that deliver ROI for the apprentice and your business. This allows them to focus on areas like social media, website design, coding, data/analytics, or lead generation.

The Apprenticeship Levy

The Apprenticeship Levy is a compulsory tax for employers with an annual salary bill of £3 million or more, used to pay for apprenticeship programmes across the UK… but not enough organisations are making the most of it. Every kind of company can – and should – take advantage of the Apprenticeship Levy. It’s funding for fresh talent that can transform your workforce.

Levy paying organisations

(Payroll bill over £3m)

If you’re a big business already paying a 0.5% levy, you need to take advantage of the funds before they reach their expiry date (two years).

Instead of simply handing over thousands to HMRC, why not make a smarter financial move and use this money to bring on board a new or upskilled member of staff?

A budget is sitting there ready and waiting. Check your digital account online at any time to see how much you have available to put towards an apprenticeship programme.

Non-levy paying organisations

(Payroll bill under £3m)

As a non-levy payer, employers share the cost of the Apprenticeship Programme and End Point Assessment with the Government – this is called Co-Investment. As of April 2019, the Government funds 95% and the employer 5%.

Harley Mae-Marley
It took us a few attempts to find an apprenticeship provider who was able to fit our specific requirements. We love Apprentify's process and their customer service. As a result of that, we hired six apprentices! We will definitely be using Apprentify again. If you are looking to hire apprentices to join your company, we couldn't recommend Apprentify enough!

“‘The great resignation’ means there is a huge demand for digitally equipped talent. This is pushing up salaries and means SMEs are being ‘squeezed’ as they struggle to compete with the corporates. If we’re going to meet 2030 digital demands, we need to start to think creatively now.”
