Overview

Moorlands are on the hunt for a new sales apprentice to join their expanding sales team.

Our client Moorlands communication specialise in providing their clients with a range of telephony services ranging from mobile devices, connectivity, hosted telephony and mobile airtime. Moorlands are keen to take on new sales apprentices who are keen to start or continue a career within B2B sales.

Responsibilities:

•Call prospects from the CRM Database to establish levels of interest

•To efficiently implement and supervise activity of e-mail campaigns

•Develop, cultivate and maintain a pipeline of "hot" call backs

•Maintain database with a record of key conversations

•Follow up key conversations to develop the customer's interest

•To ensure all requirement details are accurately collected and conveyed to the relevant people

•Record all leads accurately in the database


Entry requirements

  • Pass in GCSE maths and English
  • Driver's license required
  • Work experience within hosptiality or an office-environment

Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship

A Sales Executive is a sales person working in either the Business to Business or Business to Consumer markets with the responsibility to sell a specific product line or service. They plan their sales activities, lead the end-to-end sales interaction with the customer and manage their sales internally within their organisation. They will be responsible for retaining and growing a number of existing customer accounts, and generating new business by contacting prospective customers, qualifying opportunities and bringing the sales process to a mutually acceptable close.

A Sales Executive will develop customer relationships by establishing rapport and building trust and confidence in their own and their organisation’s capabilities through demonstration of detailed product knowledge, competitor knowledge and an understanding of the market in which they operate, and by ensuring a positive customer experience.

Things to consider

Starting salary of 18-21k + commission. On target earnings of 30-35k. Opportunity to complete level 4 apprenticeship.
